1. If we want to schedule customers into interviews like you did on line, is there some software that you used to do the scheduling on line? This would be helpful to gather customer requirements like you did?

I just spent 51/2 hours straight listening to the Small Launches, Big Profits webinar course. I have been studying launches, teleseminar strategies and internet marketing for the past year. And, I am now launching a new company and planning my first service launch. So, the timing was perfect for me to listen to this webinar.
It was fabulous! Your presentation on why launch, what launches are, why launches work, the psychological triggers of influence, the structure of the horizontal sales letter, keys to success, types of launches, ingredients of and timelines for launches, the strategies, 2 case studies and your diagrams were all excellent. This is a comprehensive and extremely helpful overview and introduction to understanding the rationale for as well as how to put together, step by step, a successful launch for a service or product. Hi Lou,

Thank you so much for the awesome training. What I love most about what you present is that you offer blueprints and solutions that work for someone like me, a newbie to internet marketing. What I also appreciate is that instead of making a blanket statement that doesn't apply to me (yet) like "Learn how to have a 6 figure launch," you give the deeper details about what we can expect based on list size, etc.

All in all, you have more than earned my trust. And, as a yogi myself, I always appreciate the "namaste'" at the end of the call.
